YOUR CLEAN

WHAT TIME WILL WE ARRIVE AND HOW LONG WILL YOU BE HERE?

We work with you to find a time that best suits you. The length of time we need depends on the size of the job. You will receive a text notification when we are on our way and when we are finished.

HOW MANY CLEANERS DO YOU SEND?

Usually one but depending on the size of the job there could be two.

WILL IT BE THE SAME CLEANER EVERY CLEAN?

Yes, we send the same cleaner so your cleaning experience is consistent each clean.

CAN I BE HOME DURING THE CLEAN?

Yes! Everyone has a different schedule. Maybe your home is your office or you’re a stay at home parent.

DO I NEED TO BE HOME DURING THE CLEAN?

No, just let us know how we can access your home. A hidden key or door code are popular options. We will lock up and let you know via text when we are done.

DO YOU BRING ALL THE NECESSARY CLEANING SUPPLIES?

Yes, each team member is equipped with their own cleaning kit which includes cleaning products as well as vacuums and steam mops.

HOW CAN I PREPARE FOR MY CLEAN?

In order for us to use our time as best as possible please declutter prior to our arrival. Pick up clothes and toys. Do your dishes and put them away. You booked us to clean your home. If we are busy organizing and trying to figure out where your salad bowls go we lose valuable scrubbing time.

PAYMENT

HOW DO I PAY?

You will be sent an invoice via email / text after your appointment which you can pay via e-transfer or Cash when we leave.

WILL MY HOUSE APPEAR ON VANNATURALS INSTAGRAM STORIES?

We post videos and photos as we clean, and we always keep these posts anonymous. We will always ask for permission prior to posting on any social media outlets.

• Maid activities (Dishes, Laundry, etc.)

 • Cleaning blinds, exterior windows

 • Cleaning houses in a hoarder/junk removal scenario

 • Cleaning houses in a 'bad shape' scenario

 • Heavy build up of grime on most surfaces

 • Heavily soiled floors

 • Human/pet biohazards (feces, urine, vomit, blood, drug paraphernalia)

 • Infestations (pests, bugs, etc) 

CLARIFICATION

We want to be very clear about what we don't do in our cleanings. If these are things you're looking for or need cleaned, we're probably not a good fit for you. If we show up to your home and any of these things are present, we will use discretion in determining whether to clean around them (dirty dishes, dirty laundry, carpet stain, etc.) or leave the home entirely and refund your money (hoarder, biohazards, infestations). If you want clarification on a specific part of your home, send us an email with pictures of the area(s) in question.
